This is the cover art to Dick Tracy #73. It is probably by Joe Simon. I dramatically diminished the glue stains on this piece and hand-painted the missing leaves and top part of the tree. I then reproduced the missing stats and mounted the parts onto a matte board. This piece took approximately 5 hours to complete.
