My approach to painting is more textural than the other aspects of my graphic abilities. I like to see and, in some cases, feel the paint strokes. That said, when appropriate or desired, I can paint with a smoother, more blended technique. I accept commissions for comic book cover "after" paintings (though I'll never want to do an exact rendering) as in the case of the Man-Thing painting, which is based on the Man-Thing #1 comic cover by Frank Brunner. I also accept commissions for paintings based on favorite movie stills as with the two middle Frankenstein paintings and the Bruce Lee painting.
